We work with all ages from 4 years up and further help them progress physically and mentally. We do this through our great syllabus taking you to your black belt and beyond. Its not for everyone so we therefore only like to work with people who are ready to commit to ongoing training. Furthermore working with those people who are willing to make regular classes.
