DMAF are now offering more fitness classes. We have the already established Ladies only Kick-fit on Mondays at 8pm. We have Kettlebells/Circuits starting Tuesdays 7pm and also a Boot camp starting Thursdays 6:30am for those more committed people. so whatever your goal we can help. We also have the existing adults kickboxing classes on Mondays and Wednesdays which is a fun way to get fit and learn to defend yourselves.
