Daytime Fitness Bootcamp

Starting Thursday 27th Feb we will be running a daytime Bootcamp at 10am. So if your a mum or dad and the kids are at school, shift worker, student or anyone else who can make the class contact us. In the class we will be doing circuit and Bootcamp style training, HIIT, Tabatta as well as Boxing and Kickboxing techniques on pads. So get fit, de stress and have fun at Deacons Martial Arts.
